1978-1989 - Attended Hanmum Hangul School in downtown Toronto. This is where I met her and was stuck with as my partner in Grade 8 for language practice - the teacher's idea. She was the best in the class in Korean. She's only one of four people I know from that time. She was famous for her white and black leather UTS jacket. Her closest friend from that era: Helen L. from SJMP and Ontario Science Centre though she also knew Anne S.
1989-1992 - Entered UTS, University of Toronto Schools. Like many of that school, she did not make the most out of her life. Her closest friend from that era: Marie H. from Wellesley, CMU and Trilogy
1992-1997 - Entered University of Toronto, University College at the St George Campus in History and Economics. Considering how many people end up studying those, she likely tried for commerce but didn't make it due to the high entry requirements. Strong impression her university years were not pleasant years academically - hence the 5 year Honours BA degree. Met her at the end of 1st year in Robart Library cafe. During 2nd year, ran into her often at UC Union and CQUEST labs in Earth Sci and Ramsey Wright. Her two closest friends from that era: Tanya and Vivian from Nortel though Helen also went to UT.
1997-2001? - Worked at Nortel Networks for a while while it was booming and perhaps laidoff when the firm did massive layoffs due to the dot.com collapse.
2001-2003 - Entered Ryerson University's accelerated 2 year journalism program, most likely radio arts program
Summer 2002 - Interns at CBC Radio One, Outfront
